1 cup (250 mL) dried cranberries
1 cup (250 mL)toasted whole almonds (then I cut them in half)
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Roast almonds at 350F (180c) 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Stir cranberries and almonds into melted chocolate. Pour onto cookie sheet with a non stick baking mat on it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then break into pieces. Makes about 1 1/2 pounds (750 g.
