This is how I spent my Sunday afternoon. I merely wanted to give making cake pops a go. Well did I ever. Any normal person would try something out before diving into the deep end. Not this gal.
I hit up bulk barn and bought $60.00 worth of chocolate coating. Yes, I said $60.00. Did I mention that I was merely trying this out and wasn't even making them for a special occasion:)
Well, four hours later, this is what I ended up with.
All in all, worth the effort, but definitely not something you just whip together.
I do have a secret that makes this process way easier. Stay tuned.
They look great. Parker, Ryan and Ella would be all over these. Definitely worth the effort.

did you use food colouring to dye the chocolate or were your chocolate melts coloured? i'm also wondering what timbits you thought were the best?
